Sponsorship Information

To successfully hold this event we need to raise money for many items, including:

• Staging
• Sound equipment
• Video equipment
• Transportation and accommodations for our speakers and performers
• Portable restroom facilities (National Park Service requires 1 facility per every 300 attendees)
• Overnight security for equipment (required by National Park Service)
• Trash receptacles and post-event cleanup
• ...and much, much more!

Since we are less than 3 weeks away from the event, we are unable to fullfill any further shipments of Thank You items, or include your name on our stage banner.  But if you make a large contribution your name will be mentioned on our website as a sponsor.
